I withdrwan Rs 10000 from bank of baroda ATM nehru nagar (id 1FDNDL27) on 24th oct and got the disbursement with two torn notes of Rs 500 with the number 5KF 97J922 AND 9MB 338093

Now let me know the procedure to get it replaced.
