FORM 26As and TDS deduction from Bank of Baroda not tallying

Dear Sir/Madam,

I held a Senior Citizens Savings Scheme (S.C.S.S) account (A/c Number 352) with Bank of Baroda. TDS has been deducted by Bank of Baroda for the Assesment Year 2012 but as per the FORM 26AS it has not been received by the Income Tax department for 06-10 and 31-03. I had complained about the matter to Bank of Baroda but still no action has been taken. I had even complained to the Branch Manager of Veena Nagar, Mulund on 26th July but still no action was taken. So, later I sent an email to the Regional Manager of Bhandup on 7th August. It has been more than a week and still no action has been taken.
