TDS not credited in my account

Dear sir

The Bank Of Baroda-Kalol. deducted TDS of Rs.5502/- on my FD Interest amount for fincial year 11 and issued TDS certificate stating the said amount is credited Income Tax department. My PAN number is AHSPJ4258J (R.G.Joshi), Howeever the said amount is not credited into my account as per the TIN-NSDL records.
