Subject: complaint bob mansarowar jaipur rajasthan
I am bob saving account customer a/c no 245920100001043 and ATM No
4029850227469365. I want to draw your kind attention on following
1. I made cash withdrawal of Rs 900/= on 16 oct at 10.00 am from
the ATM machine of union bank of india, vishwasarya nagar, ridhi sidhi
road jaipur, but no cash was withdrawl from the machine while Rs 900/=
is been debited from my account. No transaction recipt came from
machine. I checked the balance from other ATM (BOB gopal pura by pass
road) and got confirmed about failure of cash transaction.
2. I made written complaint along with recipt of bob ATM and one in
bob prescribed form at BOB mansarowar.
3. I am internet user and continuously checking refund of above
mentioned amount. Unfortunately it has been passed 7 days and amount
is not credited in my account.
4. I also made complain through mail option provided for internet user
but here failed to get reply from any person.
5. I find this is not only problem in BOB but there are many other
problems like poor response of BOB employees of jaipur, poor working
of sms alert provided to me as I am not getting any sms from long
time. sms alert worked for very few days.
6. I attempted NEFT transaction many time but never received money
through NEFT.While same NEFT function is smoothly working to other
than BOB banks.
7. I tried many time to get the email Ids or contact no of higher
authorities like RM, DHM but never find even in your website of contact
us. and very poor service of provided toll free no 18000222227.
I don't know what to do. I am more than 18 year old consumer of BOB
and thinking to close my account from your bank. Many other bank
persons approached me to open a new account but I denied to do this as
I am too older consumer of BOB.
Now I request you to look in to this matter and send me reply.
