I had submitted an application for new savings account on 06/09, with deposit of 500/- my account has not been created yet. First of all BOM doesn't provide me a Application form for 2 weeks when I Managed it from another Branch they accepted it by saying that the account will be created after Minimum 15 Days. Second one is that when I requested to the Respected manager to please do something according to this matter they replied that THIS IS NOT NECESSARILY THAT EVERYONE SHOULD CREATE ACCOUNT TO THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH ONLY WHICH LOCATED IN UNIVERSITY OF PUNE.
How can they say like this?
I requested them again that our mode of payment is ACCOUNT PAY CHEQUE...! its quite easy to make transitions easy for us... they replied its your problem not ours.
Please suggest me how to react such a behavior?
Will somebody can expect this attitude/ behaviour to customer?
