I am a serving Defence Officer presently transfered at North East. While transfering the on line credit cards payment pertaining to Sep 10, I had eroneously transferred Rs.7345/- excess into my credit card account vide the transaction reference No. MBBR0097877345 dated 28 Sep 10. Later I had spoken to Mr. Rakesh on telephone on 30 Sep 10 and requested him to refund the amount. The officer was very courteous and assured me the needful and gave a reference to my request as No. CAS 4240377 dated 30 Sep 10. After two weeks there was an enquiry from another officer of your bank and assured to transfer within four working days. Today it is 27 Oct 10, almost a month has been elasped since my eroneous transfer. Does your bank has the system of redressing the customers complaints?
Kindly refund the amonth on priority.
