Poor custemer service

My card was blocked for 3d services so i got in contact with pnb care in the mid night as i know its 24 hrs service. but he told me that u call me tomorrow morning. i called him, he was rudely with me and he didnt lodge my complaint. then i called again and talk to mr. bhupesh and he was also rude. because of this i will miss my exam.

they told me that their is nothing written and confirm it may start or may not be.
