I have two flats near Electronic city (Doddathoguru), Around August till June the flat's Unauthorised occupants (Meter RR No 8M SEH 15880 & 15881) did not paid the Elect Bill charges, but with the connivance of Meter reader allowed the elect. line alive to make use of the electricity, and rather than paying the money to BESCOM authority, regularly paid to the the then meter Reader, who after taking money took away the FUSE Carriers for the both Flats and did not returned same, then even after the payment, on taking in my possession of the flats during July I paid the whole amount of Rs 4500/- in total. But still the BESCOM Elect deptt didnot put the Fuse blocks, so I had to put those again, at my cost. Though till date there is nothing pending, in spite of the same, again at end of Nov the Metr reader inflated the Meter reading to such an extent that in spite of USE as on date at end of March that reading has not reached yet., though the Metr was not being used for three months (due to room locked) the Meter no. 8MSEH 15880, and again the Fuse block been removed and the same way the line man asking for Money for the same to put. I spoke to Sri Venugopal Engr he sent a line man who only fixed fuse block in one of the flat, and did not put the other Flat, again asking Money-- Matter been described to the Engineer concerned, and smsed to his Mobile (9845938787) on 19th Feb'10 at 6.36PM & 7.55PM- still now one FUSE Block remained to be placed for 8MSEH 15881.
