Non dispersal of cash from ATM

Dear sir,

on 11 jun i was withdrawing a sum rs 10000 from ATM, it so happened that there was no dispersal of the cash from the ATM but same amount was debited from my account.

i have complained at the branch office, they have sent a letter to higher HQ but still money is not credited to my account till date.

i would request you take necessary actions at the earliest so that me and people under same situations will be benefitted.
