NON-DISPERSAL OF CASH FROM ATM

Sir,

I have an Account in PNB, basti nau jalandhar. I Suffered from Non-Dispersal of Cash Problem on 06 sept 09 When in an ateempt to withdraw cash from SBI atm (basti adda jalandhar), I found my amount of Rs 2500 deducted. Since then I made many complaints in Customer care of PNB.On 13th of Sept. I was made assure to return my amount by 28th sept..But till date their is no credit.

i have a Student account and that titchy amount mean a lot for me.

I therfore humbly request you to take serious action so that my amount is returned asap.
