Fradulantly Debited charges to my bill frequntly

I, K.R. Gevaria (M No. 9725005947) have received massages for two times on date 15/04 & 25/04 from no.54321 as below,

Thanks for downloading PubGames from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99. MobileTV Watch IPL http://10.2.34.47/OTA

But I havn't downloded this kind of stuff in my mobile & have been charged Rs. 99 for two times. I also have submited complaint on date 22/02 for the same story which has responded positively.

But I want to clerify that whether this kind of charges are going to be debited in future also and I have to complain every time or what?

Please do needful for above matter.
