Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that I, Ms. Chetna Karnani, as a policy holder with Bharti Axa Life Insurance, have been misguided by your associate regarding my investments with you.
Bajaj Capital, a broking channel associate with your organization (Agent / Broker Code – 265080-04-002050) had mis-sold a policy namely – Aspire Life (Policy No. 500-3321543). I was not informed about your allocation charges nor was the Sales Illustration signed by me.
As a customer, this entire incident is unacceptable and uncalled for. If this is the ethical value of your organization, then I am left with no other options but to report this as an offense at an appropriate organization.
I would really appreciate if this matter is taken care of on an urgent basis and the entire amount invested be refunded to me at the earliest as I have already lost out on non-negligible bank interests.
I look forward to a fast response from your side.
Best Regards,
(Chetna Karnani)

The above mentioned letter was given to Bharti Axa on 15th December to which they have replied:
According to IRDA, the policy holder has an option to return the policy within 15 days and since I have crossed that 15 day period they cannot do anything about it.
THEY ARE UNABLE TO REALISE THAT I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR SIGNATURE FORGERY AND THAT HAS NO TIME PERIOD.
PLEASE HELP ME.
