Cheated around Rs.2 lakhs investment of my fathe

My father invested Rs.2 lakhs at Birbhumi Plantation - chandigarh, a investment company before some year, but after maturity of that amount they are denied to pay any amount, they are are not paying invested amount also.

So I need legal help to get those amount from their.
