Frequent hang up - handset handed over not recd

Hi

With reference to my service #BB0004637, I have not received my hand set..

11th Dec I have send a request mail stating that my hand set has to be replaced. Its really astonishing that your customer care least bother to give neither mail nor a call from your side. The hand set which i am using since 6 months in this span it got twice hanged up. last time you have kept for more than 10days. this time also there is no infor. when i have called your local (Hyderabad) centre, they kept hold on line for more than 15 mts without any information. Finaly they were saying that the concerned person is on leave they may not provide any information. Its really pity that such a reputed organization runs with this kind of service??? need the soultion for the same!!!
