Non receipt of Platinum Premier Policy

Dear Sirs,

Please note that I had bought a Platinum Premium Policy, ref application

No. A37367227 under cover of receipt no. 17085212 dt. 27th March.

The Insurance Advisor No. is AV 3491 and Agency Mgr. no. 319077.

I had paid a premium of Rs. one lac vide cheque no. 027067 dt. 27.03.2010

drawn on Union Bank of India, and the same was debited to my account on

31.3.2010

Almost 3 and half months have passed, I hv not received the policy from the Insurance company. Every time on contacting I have to give them several answers for there confirmation but their answer is sometimes, the policy has gone back to Jodhpur Branch, sometimes give us 2 or more days time to look into the matter.

We do not know who to contact because the customer care is unable to give any satisfactory answer.

Kindly direct the company to send my Policy mentioned above, to me without any further delay.
