I sent the said cheque to your Head office under Registered post on dated 29-09. for arranging fresh cheque. I have also given complaint letter personally to your office on dated22-12 at Birla sun life insurance company limited, Kolkata south Branch. I therefore request you to kindly send fresh cheque in my address.
