Correction in DOB in PAN

Respected Sir,

In response to the 030340500203042 ack no Discrepancy letter we have sent you a xerox of this letter along with 10th marks card and a letter from Gazzet officer stating to kidly change the Date of Birth from 21/11/1936 to 21/11/1986 we have been following this from long time and this has caused lot of inconvenience in my work. Kindly please change this and please post the card to below mentioned address.
