Delay in PF withdrawal

I am an ex employee of BSLI & have resigned on 20/12.

My employee code is 3508

My PF account no is MH/211039/3508

I am following up for my PF amount with BSLI since May but I don’t get any satisfactory response from the Toll free number & the officers.

I have spoken to many supervisors from the call center who inturn ensure that they will call back & provide the information required by me but even after a week I don’t get call back.

When I call back again, I am never able to reach the same person again.

In a span of a month, I have spoken to supervisor like Arjun Goswani, Arpit, Sameer Dhan & Vipin but no one has answers to my question. Vipen was even rude to me

I just wanted to know when will my PF amount be credited to my account as it is 9 months since I have resigned.

Request you to intervene & help me to get my money faster.
