Dear Sebi,

My name is Rajneesh Kumar. I have purchased one MF with folio number 1013421945 with Birla sunlife mutual fund.

I have requested multiple times in hard copy request at CAMS office in Bangalore MG Road Manipal Tower, but Customer care of Birla Sun life always says to submit request again,

Last request I had submitted 11-10 at CAMS office near Manipal Tower but nothing happened.

Below Dividends are not yet received.

25/03 -- RS 2608.92

16/03 -- RS 6059.20

I submitted it three times in hard copies.

Request you to kindly help.
