Misguided by your staff

Dear Sir,

We are maintaing an accont No. 3442008700001704 with your bank since long. We got a cheque from Jaitu of Sate Bank Of Patala for Rs. 1.00 Lac favouring us. When our representative went to Jaitu to submitt the cheque with your Jaitu branch, Mr. Sharma (Accountant) refused to put the cheque in clearing saying this facility has been withdrawn from 11.9.2010 but when we requested to the manager, he got our cheque & put it in clearing. Mr. Sharma also made a mobile call to get your cheque back as it will not be put in clearing.

Please inform us about the facilities which we are entitled to avail. If, we are entitled to get above mentioned facility, please ask Mr. Sharma not to refuse the coustmers as his this act wasted three

hours of our representative.
