On request under RTI they refused to convey details so that it can be submitted before the civil court. In another case they formed 2 partners in sloeproprieters firm and allowed to withdraw any amount any time to the partner of sole proprieter Haji Mohammad Shafi of a firm MS Furniture Works, Aligarh.
