Money not returning

I have done complain against bristle builders and developers, regarding investment.

i had done investment of around 15 lakhs of ruppes, and they said that after one month you will get monthly cheques of 3, 40, 000 rs.all my cheques bounced from idbi bank, i had done complain in your website also, police station (EOW) branch at crawford market police stations, but no body is taking action.please provide us help.
