NON CREDITING OF PAID BILL

I had made payment of my electricity bill by ICICI Bank Net banking on 13/04 vide transaction ref no. MICI1045064611 (CRN NO. 2650046713, bill no. 703389 dated 08.04.2011) for Rs1530=00, but the same was not credited to my account in BSES records, with the result that I had to again make a payment on 03.05.2011. The amount of Rs 1530=00 should be refunded to me or credited to my account in BSES records.
