Problem with Net Banking

We are unable to use internet banking facility of our OCC account no- 1437261000045. On opening the site it only shows the balance in the account but as we click on the summary detail the last ten transactions are not opening for the past 15 days. Earlier on clicking on summary detail the last ten transactions used to open.
