RESPECTED SIR, I AM CUSTOMER OF CANARA BANK APPLIED FOR AN ATM DEBIT CARD ON 22.02. NOT YET RECEIVED.WHEN ASK THE BRANCH MANAGER HE DIRECTED ME TO SOME ANOTHER STAFF WHO GIVES ME UNACCEPTABLE ANSWER AND RE-DIRECTED ME TO THE MANAGER AGAIN.AFTER THAT I SEND AN ENQUIRY TO REGIONAL MANAGER BY EMAIL WHICH WAS UNANSWERED.AGAIN I SENT A COMPLAINT TO HEAD OFFICE STILL WAITING FOR REPLY.MAY I KNOW HOWMANY DAYS WILL TAKE TO ISSUE AN ATM CARD? WHERE I HAVE TO CONTACT AGAIN? I HAVE ZERO IDEA IN THIS REGARD.KINDLY SEND THIS COMPLIANT TO CONCERNED AUTHORITIES. THANKING YOU
