I, Mamatha. S.Rao have an account with your 4th 'T' block jayanagar branch. I operated my account twice or thrice but after that virtual keyboard is not working and if i type my pass word it doesnot agree and my a/c was blocked yesterday and i was asked to contact my branch manager.

Today, I went to the branch and told the manager my problem. he unlocked my a/c and asked me to try in his branch itself but the server was down and i was sent back to try the same from home. But from home i am facing the same problem. I am not able to access my a/c. kindly do the needful and oblige.
