i am santosh rajoli, sir i have paid my semester fee to bharath university through check but it has been rejected and cancelled, after two month they have allowed bharath university to with draw the amount with out any modifications in check

how is ti posiisble.. to with draw a rejected check...

canara bank shoul responsible for this .. a

bharath university staff are not taking any responsibulity in this isseue..
