Problem in ATM machine

I typed the money to widrawal from ATM, not received the money from ATM machine, in the receipt its displayed 3000 is been debited from my account, and immedietly i called my bank and informed through phone, and i gave an written complain in my bank on 12.03.10, but till date i have not received any response from the bank, now bank has issed a letter stating that the money has been dispachend, how to proceed with this problem, pls help me.
