I have one SB account in Canara Bank, Cantonment branch, Trivandrum. I was trying to get the net banking facility from August. I filled the application thrice there in the branch and last filled date was 22/12. But still I didn’t receive any information regarding my account. When I contacted the corresponding manager there in the branch, last time, there is no proper response. Instead he said my application has lost and I to fill a new application. And again I filled the application in last December. So far there is no information. Canara Bank's service is too poor.
