I purchased a e ticket for journey from hwh to ctc on 04/04/10 having pnr no0240134431.At the time of departure of train position was waiting list no.10.That is why I could not avail the journey. It was told by the TTS that the ticket had automatically cancelled and the amt will be deposited to my bank account. But I found that no amount has yet been deposited to my account.
