Dear Sir
I have insured my car with Reliance. I met with an accident and car got damaged. I have given to Regent AutoMobiles for repairs. The company has told me that reliance co has stopped making cashless repairs and I have to pay the money and then claim later on. I fail to understand at the time of Insurance the polocy was cashless. I will request through you to the co not to charge the money from the already insured customer. In case they have to change the policy they should do it form the new insurance. Thanks
