LOOK 2 MY MATTER SERIOUSLY... I AM REALY FED UP WITH UR PEOPLE THEY R GIVING ME SHOK .. MY PREMIUM S PAID ..2 MONTH S LEFT FOR RENEWAL... UR SEVEAR S TELLING ME THAT MY PREMIUM 4 09 PAYMENT S NT UPDATED WITH THEM... I HAD PUT MY CAR INTO WORK AND LOUNCHED CLAIM... NOW WT 2 DO... I AM CALLING UP 2 CALLCENTER SINCE SATURDAY ..3.05.10 BUT STILL NOW UR EXECUTIVE R UNABLE 2 GIVE ME THE RIGHT INFORMATION..WHEN EVER Iam calling they r telling that they will cont me... i am really confused... my renewal s on 30th of aug... if this carry on i have 2 move 2 other ins co... and got more insurance from ur co..going 2 stop all those...
