My Bank of the West Visa card, 5472-1601-9500-1201, was cancelled by the Director of the Carson City Senior Center, on September 18. However, a charge of $12.99, dated November 17, from your company appeared on the Bank of the West credit card statement on the December statement.
Please advise what this charge is for.
