My airway bill no.42616867845 from unknown party was not able to delivered, and the staff on duty at tel. no.28241234 was rude to answer me that i should personally stay at my adress else it will be return to hdfc bank (as told by her). i requested for my convienent time or delivre to adress there my daughter will receive, i was rejected by her saying better to send back the letter. So I left no way to approch my bank and to request them not send any courrier by blue dart.
