Non receiving cash at ATM Counte

I Ahmed Reza Hasan of Bolpur attempted to withdraw Rs-10000/- through ATM of Axis Bank (Bolpur Branch Dist- Birbhum West Bengal) on 25/07 at about 11.59am. I entered my ATM Card & entered my password, amount but not received the amount. The transaction was declined. Then I withdraw 5000/- & another 5000/-. The record no. of three transaction of Axis Bank ATM is 1652/1653/1654. My SB A/C No-1601000761 & ATM Card No-5044 3734 1700 0062. I made a complaint at Central Bank of India (Bolpur Branch) on that day but till today no action has been taken so far.
