Callous attitude of bank employees

Sir/Madam

My a/c no. 2185848874 at Hamirpur branch of Central Bank in Himachal Pradesh. I had applied for ATM Card which I got in Oct with password which was illegible. I approached authorities at Hamirpur Bank where I was told to apply for new password which I had done on the spot. Now more than one month is over and repeated visits in the bank yield no fruit. I am being told that branch at Hamirpur have forwarded it to higher authorities and they have not received any reply. If this callous attitude of employees is shown to the customers in the netbanking era, I am sure customers are left with no choice but to change the bank where customers are dealt sympathetically.
