Hi,
I would like to make a complaint against the manager of Central Bank of India (Mirik Branch) for ignoring to provide service to common customers, who does not offer a bribe to him. I have been running to make a check book from last 1 month but the consistent answer is "come tomorrow". What the heck... he always says that "m busy come tomorrow". I m fed off with the answer and asked him for the exact date but he said that keep on coming and I will help you out once m free. I thought of giving him an answer " F***** you and go to hell" but thought of making an official complaint without getting into serious controversy.
This is not the only problem of me, if you take a survey of customers from this branch you will find 99% of customers complaint against the rude behavior of this manager and his services. 1% satisfied customers are from high standard, None of them will be from common customers and that's my guarantee.
