Amount twices debited while Atm Withdral

Dear Sir

I have withdrwal Rs.1000/ from Atm but after getting statement from bank I was surprised that amoount was twiced debited from My saving A/c no.122770217 I have alredy complain to branch Manager Joppling Road branch. But after serval reminders and request they are not refunding Rs.1000/ after they promised verbaly that your a/c wrongly debited but have to received confirmation from ATM department Mumbai.

I am very much frusted with services of Central bank.

Please do somthing so that i can get my payments back.
