CESC WRONG BILLING

Dear Sir,

I am SudIp Shome & my consumer no. is 50465092002.My last 4 months' billing are Dec.2010 - Rs.350/-, Jan.2010 - Rs.370/-, Feb.2010 - Rs.240/-, but in March it is Rs.740/-. I do not use any A.C. or any old fridge or any other modern gadgets which may consume more units. Then why? Is there any hike in unit price in last month? Please help me.
