I have filed a complain against CESC Limited many months ago, in regards to excessive bill against our home AC consumption. An engineer came & found the meter to be jumping on counts & even though the AC is turned off, the meter still reads units. He confirmed us about faulty meter verbally also told us that someone again would soon respond towards this fault through CESC.Now, its been 2 months that he had examined the meter, due their faulty electric meter they are charging me excessive bill. On 12. 12. 2011 i personally requested th Senior Commercial officer to make arrangement to check my electric meter but the request was not address, rather my husband & me were harassed in the CESC office. We would like to file a case against them for their irresponsibility, harassment & unethical billing.
