Charging for non recived credit card

Hello sir,

my name is d.bharanidharan

i has been using barclay credit card for last 4 years i have no problems all went well, but

last 3-4 month before i receive a letter that all transaction of barclay was tranfered to standard charted bank

and u will receive the new card as soon as

but still now i deosn't get it but i was charging more for my outstanding
