Respected Sir,

We would like to inform you that our current Account no.11052560003634 with Zaveri Bazaar Branch we have send the outward remittances to our china party & I spoke to our branch about USD rate it was 45.22rs per dollar I agree with him But he send the payment to our party @ 45.52 rs per dollar instead of 45.22rs per dollar in this transaction we are less with rs 11068.49 I told to branch manager but he told me now I cant do anything this process related to our trade department and our branch manager so when you send another remittances that time we will adjust but now we don’t have any remaining payment for paid our party and our branch manager told me that I cant to do anything. So I requested you please credited our difference amount in our accounts. & for your kind information sir we are not happy with communication and your services by the branch staff we do always face problem since the day of ma A/C opening so kindly solved our problem
