45 pan cards not recived for two months

Dear Sir,

I have applied for PAN card on January, my pan card wearing no- AVEPR9225M is learnt to have been returned to your office by courier services delivery man along with forty pan cards of my native village with a plea that the addresses where not found at the given address. This is not the first chance of such happening.

you are requested to kindly look in to the matter and ask the courier as to why these pan cards where unnecessarily returned,
