Dear Sir,

It was indeed an unfortunate for me that SBI card sent me an offer booklet `smile’ for the month of December. In order to honour the offer given by SBI cards, I ordered one I-Mate-JAQ mobile phone for Rs. 5990/- to the given toll free number on 19.12.2007 vide order No. 630012886. Mr. Amit as per our telecon, the line of actions in this regard is as follows:-

1. On 22.01. almost after 35 days, I received one defected/out of order product for which Rs. 1000/- were charged additional (5990/- 1000/-=6990/-). Immediately, the matter was reported to SBI cards (helpline 18001801290) and Deals4all (022-40791234).

2. On 23.01. the parcel of defected product in `as it is’ condition was return back to Deals4all with a complaint letter to cancel the order and reversal of charges to SBI cards, immediately. For this, I had to spent Rs. 1000/- as courier charges to return their defected product, from my poor pocket. (It has to be noted for future reference also)

3. On 24.01. at 11.00 am, Mr. Sunil of Deals4all had received it back, in order.

4. On 24.01. a complaint was registered to Mr. Dananjay, SBI cards (helpline 18001801290) vide complaint No. MQ007024004639, with an assurance of resolving the matter within a week time.

5. On 24.01. the matter was discussed with Mr. Pritam, Incharge, Deals4all, and he assured me that matter will be resolved within 5 days and the money will be reversed to SBI cards in due coarse of time.

6. On 24.01. a complaint through e-mail was also sent to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], [email protected]. (Nobody is responsible to answer these e-mails ids)

7. On 31.01. after 7 days, a complaint was again filed to Mr. Ashish, SBI cards (helpline 18001801290), that nothing has been done in case so far.

8. On 05.02. again a complaint was lodged with Ms. Poonam, SBI cards (helpline 18001801290) vide complaint No. MQ00679476, she has taken te matter in different way and assured me of canceling my SBI card and transaction made by Deals4all. She also assured me that I will receive a confirmation call on 11.02.2008.

9. On 06.02. a complaint was again lodged with Mr. Mazid, SBI cards (helpline 18001801290) vide complaint No. 007370069230, with an assurance of resolution of my case within a week time. (This week time never came in my life)

10. On 0802. the mater was discussed with your Mr. Anup Kumar, SBI cards (helpline 18001801290), confirming the cancellation of card and immediately solution of the transaction.

11. On 12.02. after 20 days the matter was discussed with Mr. Rishi, SBI cards (helpline 18001801290), he advised me to wait for more 2-3 days.

12. On 15.02. after 3 days the matter was again discussed with Mr. Junaid Ahmed, SBI cards (helpline 18001801290), after 22 days of lodging of complaint, he tried to twist the story towards submission of transaction form.

13. A Parallel follow-up through my two e-mail Ids: [email protected] and [email protected] is also being made by me on daily basis to: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], [email protected]. Nobody is bothering to even reply to the mails/complaints. Everything is being mentioned in mails and during telephonic calls to you, now why you require the whole story again?

14. The above is the part of follow-up story held with SBI cards only. A parallel part of follow-up with Deals4all through STD calls and e-mail, is also there by which you can imagine that how much amount of precise time and money have been spent by me.

Now, almost two months are going to be passed to this episode after the item was ordered, I am being tortured and humiliated for the last more than 45 days by you and your franchise i.e. DEALS4ALL. Keeping in view of above line of actions and facts, I hereby seek your clarification/answer to following questions:

a) Is there no cost of my precise time for you?

b) Since, I am a heart patient and why I am being tortured and humiliated and being put in such a high-tension state of mind for so long? Who is suppose pay for this?

c) Is my good and long association with SBI cards which I honour are becoming my major faults in this regard?

d) Who will pay for Rs.1000/- which I had to borne in order to send defected product back to your franchise M/s Deals4all? Was there any fault on my side for which needed to send it back to the sender? Who will pay for the cost I had to spent for STD calls to the helpline No. 022-40791234 (Not toll free number) of Deals4all due to putting my calls on a long wait while regular follow-up by me. Sir, someone of you/franchise will have to pay.

e) Why I was constrained to cancel my credit card and relationship with SBI cards when I am not desirous to do so? And SBI card has lost its valued customer in this way?

f) Why SBI cards of such a repute has collaborated with such a third class fraud and cheater merchant with most failure in customer service and support.

g) Who will pay for the losses I am bearing due to non-availability of the desired and ordered item? Will you believe, that till date a huge amount of demurrage of approximately Rs. 10, 000/- for which the mobile phone was ordered on 19.12.2007.

h) Why SBI cards is failed resolve the matter till date? It is your in-competency?

Under the above mentioned circumstances, I am not interested to deal with SBI cards and its franchise anymore. Before taking any further action in the matter I request you to cancel the transaction made by Deals4all and send a `Zero’ balance statement to me.
