Deduction wrong charges

Hello sir,

My mobile no is 9736313242.i am using this number from last 2 yrs. This time i have facing problem to use net connection.i have recharged 3 times form 10 feb. to 2 march for my net connection. All time my balance deduct from my mobile.i used Rs96 pack for net.when i called in customer care then my call was kept on hold for 17 minutes.after this i cut the phone.plz give me solution as soon as possible. in the time of mobile portabilty this type of service will not accepted by any one.
