Did not explain charges while selling investment product

To make some investment I called Citibank Wealth Advisor Nitin Arora who made me purchase Birla Sunlife ULIP without explaining its charges pattern. First year policy charged 65% of premium paid. When I tried to contact Nitin to ask for clarification, he was never contactable.
