I had a Citibank Credit Card, and I used it for a year, when I reached my credit limit I thought of converting payment into EMI so that I can save on interest. I paid for a year via ECS from my previous salary account. I changed company and salary account also changed to Citibank Savings account. I asked customer care to do a standard SI from my new account but after giving numerous reminders and filling n number of forms that never happened. Now since last year I have been paying cash between 1st -9th of every month and each month my family and I get harassed by the number of phone calls received from Citibank Customer Care. Although I never missed on any EMI they still harass me and imply that I might miss on my EMI. I have told Citibank Customer Care repeatedly not call me again and again but still they insist. If I get any more calls I would forced to go to Consumer Court and fight for my mental peace.
