My old city bank credit card number is 5189369170565007.somehow from your side my old card has been cancelled and your bank issued me a new card (card no.5189369170565023) in aug-sep. Now i come to know that my old card has been put in to civil and it is creating lot of problems to me in taking loans. I was a regular credit card bill payer and my bills are fully cleared.i want to know why my card and my name has been put into civil.
kindly help me and check the same as early as possible.
