CITI Bank ready credit account

I was given a ready credit account for free by CITI Bank. I never used this account and had frequently requested for closure of this account.

CITI Bank is deducting some charges from my Axis Bank account every month through ECS.

I can neither close nor stop this deduction. This is cheating.
