Non receipt of payment and dishonour of cheques

Sir,

I have invested Rs 1, 30, 000/- with city limounzies Hyderabad during Dec. Only 7 x cheques encashed from Jan to Jul. cheque of Aug was dishoured by bank due to ban by originator. Till date neither amount refunded nor any intimation received from the company. Please help me to avoid my financial hardship at present at the earliest. Also intimate latest of progress of refund of my money.
